Your customers decide your rank
The Service Rank lists local service businesses city by city, ranked only by ratings from the people who hired them in the last 12 months. Listing is free. Nobody can pay to rank higher, including you.
1. Get listed
Add your business with the phone number on your Google business listing. We check it against Google and it goes live after a quick review.
2. Ask happy customers to rate you
Send customers to your page. Confirmed hires count more than quotes. You need 3 ratings in the last 12 months to be ranked.
3. Earn the Licensed & Insured badge
Send us your current general liability certificate (and your license for plumbing or electrical). The green badge shows on every list you appear in.
4. Compete for the Awards
Each January we name the Company of the Year and Top 3 or Top 5 in every category and city, from the past calendar year's ratings. Winners keep their banner for 5 years.
Too busy, or want off?
You can pause your listing for up to 30 days at a time when you're booked up; it switches back on by itself. If you want to be removed, we verify the request through the phone on your Google listing, then remove you after a 7-day cooling-off period.
